How to book your holiday at Mayfield Apartment

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Tenants must agree to leave the apartment clean and tidy, notify us of any breakages and pay for them.
2. Arrivals and departures: 10am departure, 3 pm arrival unless arranged otherwise.
3. Keysafe number will be given the day before stay with location.
4. Bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights.
5. A 20% deposit is required if booking more than 6 weeks in advance of your stay, with the balance due at 6 weeks. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks before your stay.
6. Bookings will be confirmed after receipt of booking form and deposit.
7. There is no booking fee if your book direct with ourselves.
8. In the event of a cancellation the deposit can be returned up to 6 weeks before the date of stay.
9. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement at an extra charge.
10. The property should not be occupied by more than 2 guests but a travel cot can be provided by arrangement for one infant.
11. Linen, towels and bedlinen are provided.
12. There is no extra charge for gas and electric.
13. We operate a strict no smoking policy.
14. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or sickness that maybe sustained during your stay to yourselves or invited guests
15. Complaints - If you have a complaint it is important that you contact us during your stay so we can check and carry out any remedial work required. No complaint or compensation will be considered after your stay.
16. We accept payment by bankers draft or cheque.
17. Cottage information: We have completed all information on the website as accurately as possible. Facilities may change in the area which are outside our control and for which we cannot be held responsible. Please check before you travel.
